Amy Agnew Irvine is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. She has enjoyed many roles throughout her career, ranging from college instructor to tech consultant, fifth-grade teacher and vice president. Yet, her favorite role is being Mom to her adult children. When she's not teaching communications, writing, coaching, speaking, or facilitating workshops, Amy can be found wearing her Cape to find joy and fun. She loves to stand-up paddle board, golf, dance, and run. Amy lives in Northern California with her partner Johnny, and beloved husky mix, Nellie.
